Court investigators conduct investigations of conservatorship matters, by advising prospective and established conservatees of their legal rights, gathering, assessing and evaluating information regarding living arrangements, care plans and other factors which impact the personal health and safety of incapacitated adults; and, prepares written investigative reports with recommendations to the court.
